Job Description:

• Develop and illustrate original manga concept and characters.
• Proficiency in authentic Japanese manga art style is required.
• Penciling & Line Art (Genko): draw clean, detailed line art for characters, objects, and foreground action based on approved storyboards.
• Inking & Finishing (Shiage): Apply black ink, screen tones, cross-hatching, special FX, and shading using digital software.
• Editorial & Revision Collaboration: Work with writers, editors, or project managers to adjust panel composition, fix continuity errors, and meet tight serialization or delivery deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve artistic skills for manga pages, including backgrounds, characters, and action scenes.

Requirement :

• Has creativity and good sense of art, proven experience as a manga artist, with a strong portfolio of work.

• Excellent drawing skills, with attention to detail and perspective.

  Familiarity with manga storytelling conventions and styles.

• Proficiency in digital tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint.
• Mastery of anatomy and perspective, and creative storytelling ability, often demonstrated through a portfolio or art degree.
• Willing to work as a team. Strong time management, receptiveness to feedback, and the ability to collaborate with writers and editors.
